Tony Robbins about 20 years ago put all this in simple terms and it was great!

He explains it as the six needs that we all have as a humans and he is right on target, let me share them with you:

2. The need for Un-Certainty

3. The need for Significance

4. The need for Connection and Love

5. The need for Growth

6. The need for Contribution

 

We all have these same six needs, the thing is we all value each of them differently.

It does not matter if you are man or woman, young or old, what ethnicity you are, what sexual identification you have, we all have the same six needs.

 

It is not a matter of if we are going to meet those needs, it is how!

 

This ties in greatly with how you will perform in life and it will tell you if you or people you are hiring are a good corporate match, a good friend or a relationship match and much more.
