As a Creative Consultant, I use a cognitive-behavioral and solution focused

approach, in where the client is encouraged to replace negative attitudes

and thoughts with positive attitudes and thoughts, to begin to create

a new healthy mindset for a more successful and fulfilling life.

 

 

In an individual session, I help my clients to explore and understand their

beliefs, feelings, behaviors and inter-personal interactions.

 

 

Understanding issues as they come up in our sessions as well as they

come up in your outside life that leads to a deeper self-awareness and a

more satisfying way of being, which gives you a much happier and

fulfilling life, one full of much greater value and purpose.

 

 

I will work with you to gain a greater insight into your true needs and wants so

that you can make choices that best serve you, as you reshape your life

and create you're goals and dreams.
